I have long thought that the most likely way Trump is removed is not a result of the Mueller investigation, but through a proven instance of sexual harassment.
Quinnipiac University National Poll, November 15 - 20It is not a surprise that the Republicans and Democrats differ on this. But there is slippage in the GOP number. 28% support removal, and among the WWC removal is supported 49-44.
Since #metoo became prominent, I have believed that eventually and inevitably the focus will be on Trump itself. Trump’s accusers are not household names like Clinton’s were. I suspect they will be.
With the Moore race on everyone’s mine, this question is also pretty interesting:
Half of Republicans would still consider voting for a candidate even if they had harassed someone. Only 12% of Democrats say the same thing. The partisan divide is obvious.
This is who the Republicans have become — willing to tolerate just about anything in their candidate.
